I booked on a whim to do something fun with me and my girlfriend and didn’t regret it one bit! Maryann made the experience a blast, lifted by her outgoing personality, quick humor, and clear expertise. She started the class by walking the group through her tried and true biscuit blueprint, perfected by her years of baking and her journalistic curiosity to interview the bests in biscuitdom. She incorporated biscuit hallmarks and experimental features all the way through, detailing how we can augment our own recipes to make our own jaw droppers. The experience was delicious and engaging, with enough attention to detail to make sure we will be able to make biscuits in our own and enough fun to make us want to come back and try her other classes when we come back to Nashville! I highly recommend.

What a fun class! My daughter and I made trip to Nashville as fun "girls weekend" and got to attend this class. It was lots of fun, got to eat some samples of biscuits and gravy and learned a charming southern way of making biscuits! Loved it!

I was really looking forward to this Biscuit making class and so were the five other members of our party. We took an Uber from downtown Nashville out to this class to discover she over booked the class. Although she claimed she could accommodate the huge crowd we knew it was not possible. Her classroom is very small, and with only three tables and not enough seats. It was not fair to all of the people who came and paid good money for this class. One member of our party is also gluten free. When we booked the class we told the instructor about this issue. She said when our party finishes paying for the class on line, to remind her about our Gluten person and they will have Gluten free flour for that class. Our Gluten free person also sent a reminder to the owner. When we arrived and asked if she had the Gluten free flour with her, she said she forgot to bring it. She did say she would call someone and hopefully they could drop it off. We unfortunately decided to leave. Fortunately she agreed to reimbursement each of us for the class, but she never offered to reimburse us for the Uber or reschedule the class to another day. Very disappointed. I will not return in the future
