I’m giving it four stars because the tour ride was not available and neither was the virtual experience… there was so much to see and so much to do.. we didn’t get to finish. … definitely for the texas heat and bringing the kids I would recommend one of those handheld fans, sneakers ( for all the walking) and water. .. the line was definitely long but it moved fairly quickly.

Extremely crowded. What was the purpose of timed tickets when the place was wall to wall people from the moment it opened?

After spending $75 for my family to visit it was just a big museum with no real guidance. The actual information about the space missions were just incredible. However, unless you pay an exorbitant amount, you’re basically in a big space with a lot of people trying to figure it all out. It just should be better organized. Audio tour wasn’t working from app either. Just a waste of money for what we received.
