All equipment including safety gear, board and paddle sizing, instruction on land, instruction on the waterway, paddle stroke technique, different styles of turning, positive coaching throughout

Florida is a great place to paddle with all the waterways there is something for everyone. It is a way to get out on the water and explore. The Gulf/Ocean provides a place for refuge/serenity, allowing you a real glimpse into the creatures of the bay and it's wildlife. A peaceful way to spend time in nature.

Had a great time paddleboarding with Katie in the lake and the bay. We learned the basics, saw some wildlife, and then paddled around the bay.

Charlie, it was a pleasure meeting you and your two sons Theo & Levi. I was sorry to hear Andrea was not feeling well. Everyone of you did well and kept working at getting all the techniques and safety down. Happy you all got to experience both the lake and the bay. 1st time stand up paddle boarding. Katie taught me everything I needed to know. It was a blast. Something I’ll do at home and on my next vacation.

Katie was amazing! I went for lessons with my mom who was scared she wouldn’t be able to do it but Katie helped her get the hang of it and also helped me learn some new things about sup! 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone interested in sup!!
