Absolutely an awesome tour. The staff were very friendly and informative. The souvenirs were most likely the least expensive in NYC. I took my nine years old granddaughter, who couldn’t contain her excitement. I highly recommend this tour. Great for all ages.

The cruise was cancelled without notification. It was switched to a July 4 firework cruise with 0 notification. It took 50$ to get to the pier only to find out it’s cancelled. The lady at the check in was super rude and did not help us and share this information for almost 1/2 hour, They have asked that we come back again today. We are not sure we will be able to make it back there with little kids but will try Worst experience ever and waste of time
