Our tour guide was Sylvester and he was amazing. Took very good care of us

Tour was awful. Guide knew nothing but the locations of the tour sites. No interesting info provided. Late in showing up And a good mile from first site location. Would not recommend Viator for any tour.

We really didn't have a tour, we didn't get explanations. It was somebody Cesar who gave us the tickets to the ferry to take us to the Statue of Liberty and we didn't even get the tickets that allowed us inside it. He then took us to Ellis island and let us be there for a while. We then took the ferry back to the 9/11 memorial and he just left us there, no explanations. We could have just bought the tickets ourselves
