Booked the tour for family and office made a mistake of not confirming the age before sending the family for ziplining. Zipline operator dint allow child because of the age limit. If office would have clarified while signing the waiver forms, another adult from the family could have taken child’s place. Asked for some kind of refund and they refused completely. Horrible customer service. Never coming back here.

Great experience in Seward. Zac and Yasmine were wonderful guides. Me and my family enjoyed zip lining for the very first time.
