I bought this for my teen son as a Christmas present. We both loved it. Chris was our tour guide and is a fountain of knowledge trivia and fun tidbits. He is a fantastic storyteller, and the two hours flew by. My teen is mature enough for the content but beware there’s quite a bit on sex and drugs. Highly recommend the Sunset Crime and guest tour.

It was a wonderful tour! The content is well researched and Chris is very knowledgeable in answering follow-up questions. This is a very interesting way to learn about LA history and land development in the context of crime.
