No one ever showed up and all I got two days before was a text with the barcode to scan IF they would have showed up!! I called (Viator)at the airport they gave me another number to call assuming this is the company that was suppose to pick us up and they stated they don’t have any reservation. Again, I never got anything from another company telling me where to be at. I called my bank to get my money back.

Hello Shameka sorry to hear the unpleasant transportation experience you received. As stated when you contacted the Volta call center we were unable to locate your reservation. Once you made us aware we offered to send a driver but you had already booked another transportation option. Your money was immediately returned you need to allow several business days for the money to be credited please contact us at 800.526.1030 if you have any questions.

Everything turned out fine, but we almost didn't have enough room for the luggage. Six people going on a week cruise will have a lot of luggage, especially if there are three women! We had 5 big bags and 4 small bags plus backpacks. We ended up putting some luggage on our laps, but like I said, everything turned out ok.

hello David, Thank you for your understanding. Our SUVs are good for up to 4 large suit cases and 3 small carry on’s. Again i hope we didn’t cause to much inconvenience.
