No social distancing or mask enforcement. Just a terribly run company that does not care about customer safety. The management also makes awful made-up excuses about not enforcing masks such as it going against the Americans with Disabilities act. Stay far away from this tour company, far far away. The scariest part of their company is how they are run.

DO NOT use this company!! They do not require social distancing or masks. They will tell you it IS required when you book, but they do not. There were people coughing in our tour without masks. There is also a mask mandate in GA.

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review. I would like to clear up some misconceptions first: The first one would be that there is a mask mandate in Georgia - there isn't. Savannah has a mandate in place which the Governor already overruled. It is completely unenforceable. Second, this mask situation has put companies like Ghost City in a very difficult position. When someone shows up for a tour without a mask all they have to do is tell us that they cannot wear one for medical reasons - and some do. We cannot legally ask them for proof of their medical condition. In addition, we cannot legally deny them access to our tours - as it goes against the Americans with Disabilities Act. Either way, we're in a difficult position. The only thing we can do, to remain in compliance with the law, is highly suggest that everyone wears a mask. We risk getting sued on one hand, we risk getting reviews like this for simply following legal advice on the other. Fun times! As far as social distancing, we do enforce it. However, a lot of that is on our guests. If you find yourself standing too close to someone and feel uncomfortable, take a few steps away. Obviously, we cannot measure the distance between each group at all times - and we do say something to guests if it looks like a group is too close to another one. Regardless, we are beyond disappointed that we did not meet your expectations. If you email us we'll gladly issue you a credit for any tour you may want to take with us in the future.

This tour was a total waste of money. My family of 6 paid almost 100$ to have a lady walk us around Savannah and look at houses and places. We did not get to go inside any of the houses. We could have saved 100$ and done this on our own. We left the group after our first two stops. Also had a very hard time hearing the guide with the busy traffic and tourists. Don’t waste your money!!!
