Tour was amazing. Staffers we're attentive, knowledgeable and fun. We enjoyed learning about the Falls and experiencing the Maid of the Mist!

Had a bad experience with this company in Niagra Falls. We booked a boat ride to Niagra Falls but due to unforeseen circumstances we could not make our scheduled trip. We called the company hours before our trip and we were told they would refund our tickets. After a week with no refund showing up, I emailed the company only to be told that because we didn't show up we didn't get a refund. I will never book with this company again and I warn whoever reads this to not use them. Pick another company that has better customer service. Lots of companies out there.
