Karl was very informative of the cities history and paranormal information. We had some unexplained things happen that reinforced my belief. We chose it because we wanted a tour that wasn’t the normal “train” trip and were not disappointed. If you have the ability to take this more intimate experience I highly suggest it.

Don't let the shortage of reviews on this tour send you to another company. So glad I didn't. Loved that it was a private tour with just my family on the cart. I also picked this tour as you were able to stop and get off to explore several paranormal "hotspots", including one most tours don't do. Especially enjoyed the Castillo at night. Karl, our guide, was very knowledgeable about the general history of St Augustine as well as the ghost stories as well. He was very engaging and gave us a lot of information. The tour was a fantastic balance between history and the paranormal. Separately, he would give a great tour, but it was extremely enjoyable together! The spirits were not as cooperative with all the attitudes in town, but we were able to catch a few of them on camera. I highly recommend this tour and wouldn't hesitate to try it again!

Karl was awesome!!!!! Even my junior in high school who said this is going to be boring had an absolute blast and was fully engaged! At the end said how much fun it was. Love that it was kinda off the main area. Drove by a bigger tour and it seemed lame and hokey. It was just our family and it was so fun. Thank you Karl!
