The Official Art Deco Gift Shop

Founded in 1976, The Miami Design Preservation League has proudly offered guided walking tours of The Art Deco District for over 40 years. All Proceeds go towards supporting preservation. Visitors are introduced to the history, architecture, and preservation efforts of Miami Beach. Tour ticket includes free admission to the Art Deco Museum and Gift Shop. There are a limited amount of tickets available for each tour, so early bookings are encouraged . Please arrive 15 minutes prior to tour departure for check-in.

Could not recommend this tour enough. Our guide Julie was full of insights and really gave us a good breakdown of not only the art deco history but about South Beach in general as well.

Being water, use sun block. Our guide, Julie was full of interesting facts and side bars. She kept aus moving a a good clip. I look at buildings differently now.

Our guide Julie was wonderful. She’s extremely knowledgeable and personable. She took us into a few locations as well. Group size was just right. Julie has lived in the area for a long time and I appreciated this aspect as well. This is a must-do tour when visiting Miami Beach. We hope the art deco remains in place for all! Such a treasured part of our country’s history.
