Not only are more images of ghosts captured on our tours than on any other tour in Charleston. (we don't know why, but we know it's true) We stand out as the ONLY Ghost Tour in Charleston, offering 10 original, well-researched, and spine-chilling stories on every tour!

Join us as we delve into the dark side of Charleston, exploring the plagues, hurricanes, fires, earthquakes, and battles that have left many with unfinished business.

You might even see a ghost! That's right, it happens. Many of our guests have captured photographic evidence of ghosts—not just "orbs" but actual images of ghostly beings in their photos.

Unlike other tours that pack people in, we limit our Ghost Tours to just 15 participants. These tours often sell out, so join us for the best ghost tour in Charleston as we explore the dark side and search for spirits from the past... unless you're scared.

Note: The tour ends a few blocks from where it starts but we will walk you back to the starting point.

We brought our whole family out on a Tuesday night and couldn't have had more fun with our guide. He was very knowledgable about Charleston history and the spirits that haunt this beautiful city by the sea! Highly recommend.

Hannah was our guide and she was awesome! Being downtown Charleston at night with barely anyone on the street is already creepy enough but this tour was definitely spooky. My husband and I live in Charleston so getting to hear the history on some of the oldest buildings in the US along with their haunted stories was super cool. Most ghost tours seem to give you some questionable stories like “hmmm did that actually happen or are they blowing steam” but this one gave all the facts behind the people who haunted the area and why. It made it so much more credible and believable. I would totally go again and bring along more people!
