We took the afternoon tour because the morning was sold out. We thought we wouldn’t see much activity in the afternoon but we were wrong! Not long after setting out we saw a dolphin in the distance. Not much longer we came up on a beautiful manatee who was literally under our kayak! We had fun trailing him for a while. The tour took us thru a beautiful water trail. As we headed back, we watched 3 dolphin’s frolicking in the water together. It was such a nice tour and a welcome break from the walking in the crowded parks. Troy was an awesome guide and we had fun chatting with him and learning from him as well. A great time for our family!

Ordered by phone - lots of miscommunication. The guy on the phone not only said "single kayak", but he double checked, asking explicitly "one kayak for two people?" - and yet at the launch we were given a choice of either two kayaks for two people or drive back with nothing. We tried and that was a bad choice - my wife had an injured shoulder and she really had to struggle against the wind. The promised manatees? I wonder how often people see them. Apparently there was no chance. I am pretty sure the company knows when there is a chance and when there is no. I suggest to change the title to something like "Sometimes people may see manatees here"

Aloha Vladimere from the Cocoa Kayaking team!, Lovely having your party out on our gorgeous waterway! Florida is truly a beautiful place to paddle! In your photo both you and your sweet wife are smiling from ear to ear! Looked like you had a wonderful time. Your party booked on our “Thousand Islands Mangrove Tunnel Kayak Tour.” Unfortunately Wildlife is never guaranteed. This is what makes paddling less like a SeaWorld theme park and in nature, so unique and beautiful. Your party went in the evening at 3:00 pm. The best time for wildlife is during our morning and lately around lunch tours. But, again this is wildlife, which is never guaranteed because we are in their natural habitat. As you can see by the reviews, people see wildlife. Unfortunately again, out of the companies, guides or anyone’s control. Our job as a company is to provide great customer service and the top notch equipment. Your party received an email at 12:54 am, for your tour at 3:00 pm same day, with the two single kayaks on the confirmation form. The confirmation form was open and read by your party. If your party would have like to change your kayak choice again, you could have called the office or emailed through the email on the confirmation form. Our office manager said the language barrier was very hard to understand and we apologize for that. When booking we do have all translations for languages now available when booking at www.cocoakayaking.com, to ensure you get the exact gear desired. The guide did have your gear set up for your party upon arrival. If a tandem kayak would have been available upon arrival, your party could have switched. The guide never said, “Get up and go.” No one in the company speaks like that as we have the upmost respect for our customers. For conditions of preference, your party reserved your tour a few hours prior. Conditions of the current weather were known. We honestly don’t suggest kayaking if you have any injury of a shoulder. As this muscle would be used when paddling, especially on a windy day. Your party signed a waiver and choose to paddle regarding. We do want to make sure everyone has a blessed time and gets to experience God’s beauty that he has given everyone a chance to paddle amongst. To experience the true beauty, we would love to offer you a complimentary tour, so please give us a call back or email at [email protected] and we will reschedule your party of two for a tandem kayak experience. No Wildlife will still be guaranteed, as this is nature, so please understand. Have a blessed day and we hope to have your sweet party out for a lovely complementary nature tour soon so you can experience the best wildlife viewing nature can offer. :D

Seeing all the wildlife. We had a pleasant paddle and enjoyed the sights. The guide was knowledgeable and the group was a pleasure to be with.
