Had a wonderful time! Jackie was very informative and made us laugh while we were waiting for the elevator! We enjoyed spending some time in the weather room. It was definitely a highlight of our trip!

Good, quite fast and although seeing New York by night was lovely, maybe in the daytime it would have been better
