Nice tour guide and skipping all the long queues. The stuff was very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Top of the Rock Experience. While we encountered a minor hiccup upon arrival—being directed to the back of the long queue despite having expedited entry tickets—this was quickly resolved. Once sorted, we were guided to a VIP lounge, where we were treated to complimentary beverages, including water, lemonade, sparkling water, and hot chocolate, which added a lovely touch to the experience. Our tour began with a visit to the Rockefeller tree. This exclusive access away from the overwhelming crowds was absolutely worth it, as the area can become incredibly congested, making it difficult to get close to the tree. From there, we were taken to the observation deck, where our knowledgeable and friendly tour guide shared fascinating insights about the city’s landmarks and history. The highlight was undoubtedly the beam experience, followed by ascending to the 360-degree observation deck, soaring 900 feet above New York City. The breathtaking views were truly unforgettable, and the photos taken throughout the tour were conveniently available to download via a QR code. We ended the experience with a glass of champagne in the cozy “weather room,” with more time to enjoy the incredible views from the observation deck. A special shoutout to our amazing tour guide, who made the experience even more enjoyable with their expertise and warm demeanor. This is a must-do experience, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting NYC!

They cancelled our VIP Tour 3 hours before…. I wasn’t prepared for this. It was suppose to include skylift, Beam with Santa, special Xmas tree viewing, I would recommend booking multiple tours - and try to find ones that will allow you to cancel with no penalty. On Saturday December 6th - 3 hours before our tour - they send an email (photo attached - with an incorrect phone number) that our tour was cancelled. At 10am on Saturday December 6th - everything else is sold out - as it should be, it’s Saturday in December, in NYC. My family was left scrambling. There are lines for everything. All tours and events are sold out. I did get a refund, as I should. Well I requested it at least. I wish they would have refunded my flights and hotel as well. We flew in Saturday AM (for this) and flew home Sunday AM…. We ended up being able to book at the Empire State building at 845pm. It was cool, but the kids (9, 10, and 10) were beat since we up at 430am. This sounded like a special tour, and for those who go - it may be. I think you can book and cancel last minute. It might make sense to book the tour multiple days and cancel the others when you can successfully go on it without them canceling your tour. Good luck!
