Bought tickets online thinking this would be a great spot for my 4 year old. Got there, the decor was nice, bright colors making my daughter all excited. We watched the safety video and went back to get out shoes on, only to realize the area she could be in was a tiny portion of the entire park, only has a small trampoline, foam pit and other small areas, but nothing that would keep her entertained for 2 hours. Very lame! This wasn’t accurately portrayed online. They do not allow anyone under 42 inches on anything else, no exceptions. Very disappointed. After spending almost $100, I could not stay there and enjoy the trampolines while my daughter couldn’t. I went to front desk clearly irritated and let them know my disappointment. I asked for a manager and explained to him how we bought 2 hours and there is no way we can keep my daughter entertained here, I asked for a full refund or permission for her to use the trampolines. (She is a very small 4 year old and unfortunately will always be small for her age). The manager refused both and said no refund is allowed l, specifying that because I purchased the tickets online he can not refund. I noted the ridiculousness of this and the manager was really just rude and condescending, basically telling me that as the customer I was wrong. Of course I don’t believe the customer is always right, but I was here. Per their site you need to make a reservation, so that was why I bought the tickets online, being punished for that is complete malarkey. He finally directed me to another register and without saying anything to me was working on the computer. Finally my husband walked up also expressing his dissatisfaction and the manager finally spoke up saying he was manually doing the refund. Thankfully I got my refund but it wasn’t without attitude and very poor customer service. Being in the customer service industry myself, I knew this wasn’t how any customer should be treated, especially one that was clearly frustrated. I never yelled or cussed at anyone, yes I was frustrated but that is no reason to treat a customer poorly. We left and came back to Sevier Air a much more family and little kid friendly trampoline park. If in Pigeon Forge, Sevier Air is the one to visit and stay away from Top Jump, especially if you kids are under 42 inches.
