If you like turquoise, ever bought turquoise jewelry, or would like to know more about this semi precious stone, this is the place. It is a fifth generation family owned museum that houses the best collection of turquoise in the world. From exotic lander turquoise exhibits, turquoise history from ancient times to a complete display of turquoise exhibits by mine, this museum has it all. The family owners are totally accessible during your visit to answer any and all questions you may have. They really like talking to you during your tour. My wife and I found this museum to be one of the highlights of our vacation to New Mexico and we would highly recommend that you include this fabulous museum in your vacation itinerary. While you are there, make sure you visit the gift shop for an additional educational experience.

This is a wonderful museum and the visit was very enjoyable. The building is beautiful, the exhibits are extremely well curated and so much educational material is presented- it’s amazing! The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. We’re very glad we went and would recommend it to everyone!

This was a very cool tour! So much to see and learn. I love how they have interactive “games” you can play (just by scanning QR codes with your phone). Very interesting!
