I was super excited for this experience! Never swam with turtles nor snorkeled. The staff was amazing and very profesional. That day we were taken to an area that was closed off due to some swimming training/competition. We were taken to another area. The water was clear and can see everything. However there were no turtles. Didn’t even see one single fish. The staff continued to look for turtles but nothing was found. I know this isn’t the staffs fault, however it would have been better if they had taken us back and rescheduled so we can go to the area we were suppose to go. Or given us a refund due to the situation. Instead we were taken to an area that was empty and nothing to see. Save your money and go to sharks cove. We went and saw so many fishes! Even got to see 2 sea turtles! All for free!

I'm so glad to hear that you thought our staff was amazing. Yes unfortunately this tour was unable to visit turtle canyons as there was a swim race that was going right through our snorkel site. We would love to have you back out for another tour to see the amazing sea life we generally get to see on our tours.

This is an amazing spot for snorkeling. We could get a clear view of variety of fish and sea turtles. But we felt some of the tour guides could be more polite. We were both beginners at snorkeling and were struggling a bit later in the tour with our snorkeling gear. Some tour guides were helpful but the others were very rude with the instructions at time.

I'm so sorry to hear that one of our staff was rude to you! Our policy is that safety is #1 with fun / customer service a close #2! I very much apologize if any of our staff came off as rude. I am sure that it was just them looking out for your safety as you mentioned that you were struggling. Sometimes when you are in the water with a struggling guest it is difficult to communicate politely. We will discuss amongst the crew to try to communicate more affectively in the future!

Two hour experience….about 12 minutes boat ride to turtle habitat. Lots of time swimming with the turtles. Crew provided snacks and drinks. Very well run operation.
