The staff were very friendly and helpful, we only seen one or two turtles that were a decent distance away but the experience was fun either way.

Saw a few sea turtles & lots of fish. The crew was very friendly and great with kids. Light snacks and drinks were provided.

Accidentally booked the wrong excursion and attempted to cancel 30 seconds after And would not refund. Don’t do business with either company. Very frustrating.

Thank you so much for your feedback. You were refunded for this booking. Unfortunately within 24 hours of the trip the Viator staff is not able to process refunds so you have to submit a refund request that can be approved by a manager. This is what you were informed of but we never got a request. Upon reading this review I reached out and spoke with you on the phone and refunded your booking due to your error when signing up for the trip.
