We depart from the charter/shuttle bus area, which is outside of the North Entrance of the Mall. The exact location can be found in the interactive map below.

We do offer 2 other pickup locations/times around the Twin Cities:
Hilton Hotel (Downtown Minneapolis) at 9:00 AM
The St. Paul Hotel (Downtown St. Paul) at 10:40 Am

These locations can ONLY be booked by contacting us directly.

First of all, I am grateful for the seat behind Mr. Pete as I have motion sickness! Mr. Kline is an excellent tour guide. He has a wide range of knowledge about the Twin Cities’ history, statistics, the sibling rivalry-like competition between St. Paul and Minneapolis, politics, economy, sports, lakes, parks and fiction. St. Paul is the New England of the west. We learned that MN = water. Minnesota is the source of 5% of US’ fresh water. It has 11,423 lakes. Fort Snelling is the first presence on the west of the Mississippi River, the wild wild west. The Supreme Court ruling that Dred Scott was a property (as he was a slave) and consequently did not become free was such a shame! The Capitol of St. Paul is a memorial to the civil war. The highest water fall, 54’, within a city is Minehaha (means water that bends) Falls. There are 17 fortune 500 companies - Target, Best Buy, General Mills, Cheerios, Yoplait, Land O Lakes, 3M - in MN, the population of which is 5.5M. There is no sales tax on food and clothing in MN, which is the home of the MN Vikings. In Minneapolis, residents could go from park to park without being on a city street. Its buildings have walkways from one to the next and the next.

The bus arrived at the pick up point right on time. It was a large comfortable bus. The tour guide, Donna, was very informative and did a great job showing us the highlights of St. Paul and Minneapolis. We would certainly recommend this tour.
