They never showed up! We have been standing at the meeting point in front of the Hard Rock Cafe for 20 min and they never showed up. We called the number, but it was a private number with a voice call. This is a scam, be warned.

Driver did not meet us at 6. When called said he had no confirmation of our tour from Viator. We did. Arrived 35 minutes late which gave us time to enjoy Pier 39. This also worked to our advantage as sunset is around 7:30 and we really did not see lights of San Francisco till around 8. Our tour ended at 8:30. The driver was not very informative. The best part of the tour was having the driver take us to places we selected, like Coit Tower and across the Bay Bridge to Treasure Island where we had a great view of San Francisco at night.
