On rare occasions, the Navy unexpectedly suspends shuttle operations to the USS Arizona In such case, you will still be able to visit the many Arizona Memorial exhibits, visitor’s center and park monuments
Dress comfortably, but please remember that shirts and shoes are required on the USS Arizona Memorial; swimsuits not permitted. High heels, dresses and skirts not recommended

What a fantastic time and full of history. When visiting Pearl Harbor and the USS Missouri, our guide gave us tips and hints on the best places to take pictures, where to walk to see the best of each monument, and was very precise on instructions as we were entering an active base. However, to me the best part was our guides knowledge of her culture and vast history. She was full of information on the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, punch bowl and diamond craters, as well as the sugar cane and pineapple industries. Cousin K brought us into her family from the moment we stepped on the tour bus and taught us why she will alway be Cousin K to those she guides on these tours. Thank you so much for the fantastic and beautiful adventure.

Didn’t realize the Pearl Harbor was partially self-guided. The movie was informative, as was the volunteer?, who spoke on the USS Arizona. Unfortunately, the weather was rainy and windy. Luckily, the gift shop sold rain ponchos...the best $3.00 I’ve ever spent! We were disappointed that we didn’t stop at the beaches! The lunch at Pounders used up all the allotted time of our stop. My lunch was the last to be served, after the others in my party were already finished. As a result, I got no time to see any shops! The driver was very knowledgeable and shared many interesting stories/facts.

Everyone on our tour including us thought this was a great tour! As they say Rocky is the greatest! Make sure to ask for one of his tours!!
