After you book with Viator, book a time/date with Universal or check the ticket in your email. We had a bit of trouble getting in but management was very helpful and also gave us express passes for some rides

Our driver was also a tour guide, giving us information that we would have never known. We really appreciated that.

We came in from different states and met up in Anaheim. It was pleasant and relaxing to be driven to Universal and not have to worry about traffic or directions. Will book again if we come again.
