Customers MUST arrive 45 minutes earlier before the tour starts! If you are late, your ticket will be voided and it is not refundable! You'll bear the consequences if you arrive late.

Good tour. But we got hacked by Viator. If you go in off season buy your tickets online. We were charged $65 more per ticket through Viator for prime time tour (11-1) but during the winter there is no prime time and ticket prices are $65 less. I requested a partial refund for the overpayment, but was denied both by Viator and TSE BIGHANILINI. There are other choices. Steer clear of this one.

Thank for your feedback. We sell tours via different channels. The price we get is with additional cost. And to use platform to book in advance could secure the slot during peak season when it is not that possible for you to book on site. Thanks for your understanding.

The beauty of the canyon is breathtaking. Best colors at noon. Our guide was awesome! Knew so many places to take good pictures and extremely knowledgeable about phone cameras. So helpful to keep our precious memories!! Great tour!!
