Customers MUST be on site 1 hour (at least 45 minutes) in advance to exchange tickets, if late, there will be no refunds.
Customers are not allowed to bring selfie-sticks, GOPRO Cameras, Drones，or other professional camera accessories.
Customers are not allowed to bring any bags or tripods. NO BAGS on tours!!
All times on this tour page and confirmations are in ARIZONA TIME (Summer time: Same time as Pacific Time; Winter time Same time as Mountain Time. - No Daylight Saving Time - Not Utah Time - Not Navajo Nation Time). Because the Utah State Line is less than 7 miles away, cell phone towers from Utah (and the surrounding Navajo Nation) often will be the wrong time! Do yourself a favor and do like the locals do: Manually set your cell phone to PHOENIX, AZ time.
The ticket CANNOT be changed or canceled or refunded after confirmation. Refunds will not be issued for “no-shows” and being late. Regretfully, illness, fear of COVID, forgotten reservations, misjudging travel times, traffic, weather and other emergencies do not affect this strict policy. We're sorry!
The baby also need to book a seat and pay the same price as adult. For Children under 55 lbs, please bring your OWN Children's car seat or booster seat for shuttle ride down (the tour will NOT provide it)
Visitors are shuttled 3 miles to Upper Antelope Canyon entrance
Visitors must hike up walkway and down a walkway on the tour (0.8 miles)
We do not recommend the tour for visitors with limited mobility. The canyon does not have wheelchair access and visitors MUST be able to complete the hike without assistance and descend 150 stairs to return to the transportation vehicles.
No pets or animals are allowed into the canyon
No Smoking, Drugs (Mariguana & so forth), Alcohol, Vaping in Navajo Nation

Upon arrival at the site you will step into the desert and enter an amazing fantasy world in stone. For photographers, with proper exposures, you can bring out the best in your own creativity. For non-photographers there is a magical new world to explore and immerse yourself in. The colors are rich and deep in the morning and afternoon,and the famous light beams occur mid-day during April to September. Hiking over the top of the canyon is required. Trail is rated MODERATELY DIFFICULT.

We got in last January. It was amaing. This tour was incredible! There were very knowledgable staff working to assist in taking excellent photos, shared about the history, and how weather has sculpted this beautiful cave hideaway

Couldn't attend as low season and found it difficult to get there (our fault for not checking it out more thoroughly, although didn't think we would need to as a friend was supposed to be driving). Advisers at Viator were awful refused to help just said your booking is final and were really quite rude. As we asked about changing the dates to another time when a friend could drive or at high season when there would be available transport. They didn't even listen as already paid in advance, just kept repeating the booking is final. Viator worst customer service I've experienced.

Dear Samuel, 1. We sent the confirmation to you days ago and reminded you about the travel date of the booking. And you called us in the morning of the tour date to change the date to the next day. 2. Our rule is that we shall NOT change it or refund it as it is already on the tour date. But as courtesy, we helped you to amend it to the next day for you to have more flexibility. 3. However, then you required to change it AGAIN to July. We refused to change it as it is already not our responsibility. We have done our best as per the terms and conditions. Have a good day.
