Minimum age is 8 years old and minimum weight is 70 lbs (32 kg)
Swimsuits and shorts work best. Secure shoes with a heel-strap are required (tennis shoes, water shoes, sport sandals with a heel-strap). Bare feet and flip-flops are not allowed. Don't forget to bring a change of clothes and a towel

Our family started vacation crossing white water rafting off of my bucket list. For 3 of the 6 of us adults that did the upper level 5 miles trip it was our first time. My twin sister was pretty nervous about it. Chris was our tour guide and he was awesome. He put up with all of our antics and gave us a ton of cool insight about the tour itself and local as well. He made us first timers feel comfortable. The tour itself was a lot of fun, not as intense as I had hoped but we are already planning our next trip for WV white water rafting.
