Great time this evening riding RZR’s at Red Sands! Lots of fun zipping thru the dunes! We had a brand new RZR that was just delivered that day. Apparently all their equipment is 2019 or newer? Took the 5 pm tour. Perfect to see the area by daylight AND as the sun is setting. Prices a bit higher than we have paid before for only 1 hr of driving. However, the tours are what fund the non profit Texas Rescue Department. All for a good cause. Thanks for a fun time during our visit to El Paso and the Franklin Mountains!

The acutal ride was fun; two hours perfect amount of time. The guide was good, he was infomative on safety and of the area. The check in process took too long and the vehicles where not ready by the time of our pre-registration time. A little frustrated with this inefficient process.

Dawn, Thank you so much for the valuable feedback. I will use your feedback to make the appropriate changes to help improve our future customers experience. I take full responsibility for the delay. You see I am usually the second tour guide on the weekends. I also help prep the vehicles, fuel the vehicles and do the tours. However, last Monday I was hospitalized. While at the hospital I had to undergo surgery and I was barely discharged this morning after being there all week. Since, I was hospitalized, your Tour Guide (Elias) had to do all of his tours and all of my tours. So, he couldn’t prep vehicles in between the rentals like he usually does, because he ran back to back without a break. So, everything sort of got backed up and I sincerely apologize. I actually emailed my customers from my hospital room bed over the weekend, because I wanted to ensure everything was flowing smoothly in my absence. That’s why I had also reached out to you prior to you leaving this review to make sure you had a pleasant visit. That’s when you advised me of the delays you experienced. In response, I sent you a second email and apologized. I also explained the circumstances and offered you a special discount for a future rental. Again, I apologize again that your rental unit had to be refueled and cleaned while you waited. We normally have them prepped and ready to go before our customer arrives, but we were short handed, because I was in the hospital. I hope you understand and hope that you take me up on my discount offer and visit us again. I’m glad to hear that the actual tour was fun and exciting for you. We look forward to serving you again.
