I recently booked an intermediate hiking tour with Love Hikes and had an amazing time! My girlfriends and I instantly bonded with our tour guide Adam. He was so friendly, genuine and knowledgable about everything from terrain to predators to plant life. He made sure we took plenty of breaks, stayed hydrated and provided us with plenty of snacks. He even took pictures for us so that we can fully take in the view. Without him we wouldn't have gone off the beaten path and push ourselves out of our comfort zone. It was truly once in a lifetime experience and we hope to book more trips with him in the future. Pictures just don't do it's justice so I would recommend everyone that visits Vegas book a tour with Love Hikes to the Valley of Fire!!

I went on the hike to Valley of Fire State Park with 4 other girlfriends. Adam, our incredible guide, went above and beyond to make sure that our experience would be the very best. He didn't disappoint! He picked us up from our hotel and drove an hour to the park while giving us interesting information about the area and what to expect while hiking. His super friendly, genuine, and professional demeanor made us feel comfortable right from the start. His outgoing nature was a perfect match for our group! Adam skillfully assessed our levels and took us to the areas of the park that would best fit our abilities and interests. It was such an exciting experience for all of us, and we all faced some awesome challenges that we could not have been successful with if it wasn't for such an exceptional guide. The scene was beyond incredible and we enjoyed seeing the beautiful petroglyphs, lizards and blooming cacti as we took in the beauty of the park. A big bonus was that Adam supplied and carried our drinks and snacks for us, which was a real luxury. He also took pictures for us while we hiked and was incredibly kind about stopping whenever we wanted a picture. It was so amazing to see the photographs the very next day. He clearly knows the park like the back of his hand and his passion for photography and nature came shining through the lens. With very little on us, we were truly free to roam comfortably and focus on the hike, which was ideal. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect experience. It was hands down the highlight of my trip to Las Vegas. Thank you Love Hikes!

I went on the hike to Valley of Fire State Park with Daniel, the guide. He was more of a companion on the trail sharing his stories of the valley and the area we were hiking in. The hiking part was an easy scramble through a varied terrain of small hills, canyons, desert, and washes. We took the time to look at the amazing colors of the desert plants that were just beginning to bloom. We also stopped to watch some of the smaller critters that hide out under the plants. It was a fantastic trip for me and I would recommend it to anyone looking to get out of town and enjoy native Nevada.
