Young lady who drove the bus .with a round face high bun was very nice beautiful soul she was funny did a great job , but it was a disaster to find .the bus Location i had to go down a couple streets nobody to help you plus you could not drop off and drop on they told us that we will not be able get back cause they are finished working at 2 Well I only saw the Diamond head . I taught I was going to see more historical site , but that didn’t happen . The ride was over so fast . Not sure what happened 🤷🏻‍♀️🥹

I hear you; that does seem confusing. It depends on which line you boarded. Blue Line drives by Diamond Head, and you can see a pretty impressive view of it. Green Line goes into Diamond Head but is our local dining line. If you're looking for historical sights, I recommend the Red Line. It is our heroes and legends tour. Red Line goes through Downtown with a narration of the history of the unification of the islands and more! Thanks for riding with us and having such kind words about our driver.

Stupid! What a huge waste of money. It took me forever to find the place to get the tickets after purchasing on TripAdvisor, which was litterally a tent in the middle of the sidewalk. Once I found the place I asked about getting my ticket. They looked at me like what do you want me to do. I showed them the purchase and they did not care. I finally got the ticket and found out there were very very few stops. None in convenient locations. I was unable to use the tickets the entire time. I'm pretty upset about this purchase.

I understand why you feel frustrated. The tent on the sidewalk is just around the corner from our main kiosk in Waikiki Shopping Plaza. Which line did you purchase tickets for? We offer four different lines that have many different stops. Each line is catered to the experience our guests wish to have. Blue Line is for the folks who want to see the coastline. There are few stops on this one as it is more for the views. We do stop at the blowhole to allow guests to capture photos and Sea Life Park, a popular destination and worthwhile experience. Red Line goes downtown and is for the folks who want to learn the history of Hawaii. Green Line is for foodies. Guests can sample the highly varied cuisine we have in Hawaii. Pink Line is only up and down Waikiki and is our shopping line. This is more for convenience for folks who want fun and easy travel to and from popular spots and hotels. Z was a super pleasant and friendly tour guide, he made our trip to and from Ala Moana enjoyable was very fun and his knowledge was profound!
