My wife, nine-year-old daughter, and I attended the Freedom Trail tour with the legendary patriot James Otis (actually an actor/tour guide playing James Otis). Mr. Otis was both conversational and inspiring, easy-going and "rabble-rousing," entertaining and informative. It was a perfect tour, thank you!

The tour guide was good and the route covered lots of important sites in the first mile of the Freedom Trail, which was perfect for our family outing. However, our tour had around 30+ people in it - far too many to be able to gather around our guide close enough to hear him; especially in small spaces like the Granary graveyard. Subsequently we felt like we missed a lot. Our time was rescheduled so maybe the tour before ours didn't have enough people or was without a guide, but we felt the impact on our experience.

Tours normally cap off at 30. We had to accommodate a couple of extras because of rescheduling due to a tropical storm.
