If you are looking to see ghosts this tour is not for you. It is EXTREMELY rare to see a Ghost on tour. You would need to stay in a haunted location and that is not promising either. The small cobblestone streets, old homes and businesses of St.Augustine at night add to the reality of the ghostly past giving a unique experience.

Thank you Ephraim for an educational and entertaining ghost tour experience. My husband and I were accompanied by our daughter and her boyfriend and our son and his girlfriend. We all enjoyed it very much.

Our first trip was cancelled because of rainout. Totally understandable. Our second trip the next night was cancelled an hour before we were to go. Unknown reasons.

Hello, so sorry to hear as all cancelations are noted with reason and a refund. Severe weather and or lightning are major reason as the tour is outside with no way of staying out of the rain. There may have been a minimal number of guests not met to tour as well. Please submit further information so we may look into the matter. Thank you

We had a great tour with Ephraim. We Enjoyed learning about the roots of St Augustine. Many stories and history of the different buildings. Thanks again!
