We were booked for a 9:30 and no one showed, so we need a refund. We booked another freedom trail tour. Looking for my refund.

Our guide got ill that morning and had to see a doctor. I called Jennifer 10 minutes after she called me and I told her there was another tour leaving in one half hour. She went on that tour. When I talked to her she understood and was not upset at all. BostonTownCrier has received a Certificate of Excellence for the last few years and we continue to excel in our product and customer service. Complete refund issued same day.

The Boston Freedom Trial is a really cool place to walk with your family as you get to learn along the way how life was in the early days.

Boston Town Crier was very knowledgeable. He took us to all the important spots and always willing to answer questions. He referred to this tour as an adventure and not a tour.
