Our overall tour was great! It was very fun to drive down the streets of a working production studio and see so many things that are recognized from so many different movies! However, our tour guide Steven for the first portion of the tour was extremely rude. My boyfriend and I got separated on the tram because of the way the seating was. Stephen knew that we were together, yet when he would stop at a couple spots to get pictures, he would not let us take pictures together, and was super nasty about it! He actually yelled at me that he had my camera and I needed to go first and that I could not wait for my boyfriend to take a picture with me and I had to get back in my seat on the tram! I also had a battery charger in my hand inside one of the buildings, and he screamed at me to put the phone away yet there was no phone in my hand! As we were pulling away when we first got on the tram, he told us that we could take as many pictures as we wanted. I was seated in the row behind him, and he looked at me as he went around the first corner, and yelled at me over the speaker that I was not to be taking video! I was only taking pictures and informed him of such, and he told me to make sure that it was only photos! From that point on, I felt completely singled out. You could clearly see the difference between how he treated me and the other people in the group, including my boyfriend.
Everyone else that we encountered that was working at the different areas were extremely friendly and super helpful! The exhibit and interactions were amazing! Corey, at the Warner Bros. Studio shop at the exit, was amazing, and did what he could to make up for the incidents we had with the tour guide! He went aboveand beyond, when he absolutely did not have to!
Overall, I would recommend this tour for sure, but Beware, if you hear, “It’s lies! It’s all lies!” This means that you have Stephen as your tour guide, and you may be singled out as well for something that you didn’t even do!
