The spring was named "Weeki Wachee" by Seminoles, which means "Little Spring" or "Winding River" in their language. Weeki Freshwater Adventures is the only kayak and paddleboard rental facility located on the river at Weeki Wachee Springs State Park in Florida. Enjoy a journey out onto the gorgeous waters of one of the top recreational water sports destinations.

This was the best kayak ride ever! I was blown away by the absolute beauty of Weeki Wachee Springs. Thoroughly recommend this experience. The staff were great. Super friendly, very organized and knowledgeable.

We all enjoyed our time in the river. We were not able to see the manatees on our trip, but the river was beautiful. The staff was very friendly. The gentleman we made our reservation with was incredible. He answered all our questions and told us about all the great spots on the river.

Great trip… water and scenery was beautiful! Highly recommend! Check in very easy, employees all very helpful…relaxing!
