The employees are all very nice. When you book, make sure you pick the trip most comfortable for you. Adventure Whale Watch: you are provided with & wear overalls/thick jacket; restrictive, but needed as it gets really cold on the fast moving vessel & seating is outside. Classic Whale Watch: mixed seating & no overalls/jackets. We saw 7-orcas, so it was a very successful outing. The naturalist (Jordan) was very energetic😉

Olivia, Alexandria, Erick, and Gabe were phenomenal! They were friendly, knowledgeable, entertaining, and compassionate. We were very fortunate to catch some Bigg's killer whales and had an amazing experience. Highly recommend the tour. We saw Stellar Sea Lions, bald eagle, tons of birds, a seal, and porpoise.
