Los Olivos

After departing Ballard, we'll head for Los Olivos around 10:30. If time permits, we might take a detour down Figueroa Mountain Road, or another scenic area to get a good feel for the native ecosystems, vineyards, and cattle ranches

Olive HIll Farm

After familiarizing yourself with the area and learning a bit about the history, around 11:00 AM we'll stop to sample some locally produced olive oil and infused vinegars

Ballard

After enjoying that which gives Los Olivos its namesake, we'll head back towards the tour shop, via either rugged canyon road, or well paved bike lane depending on how the group is feeling.

Did a half day bike tour with lunch at the Beckman Vineyard. It was absolutely perfect. Our guide, Scott, was informative, fun, and a joy to be around. The views were unreal and it was a fun but challenging ride. Truly the perfect way to spend the day. Neil (another guide) is also great. Can’t recommend it enough!

This team is incredible: hospitable, helpful and knowledgeable. Our wine tour was so very well done; our bikes were new and top quality, the route we took was gorgeous, our tour guide stopped along the way and gave interesting commentary on the area / sites,and the wine & cupcakes and olive oil tastings were of the best quality and incredibly fun. And we cannot say enough about our guide, Neil. He was great and made the tour so personal - he knew everyone’s names, professions and where they were from. And he had so much connection and knowledge about the area - you could tell he had a personal connection with the people and towns. We are so very glad we did this tour and will do it again on our next visit. Thank you from Sharry & Moses
