Though it makes for a very long day, we felt it was worth it. We saw so much, along with the wealth of information provided by our guide concerning the historyand wildlife of the parks, as well as geological explanations for them. We focused on what we could see, whether at each of the stops or from the bus, without having to worry about all of the traffic in the park, as our driver got us close at each stop, no need to find parking places, and picked us up when we finished each. In addition to the park sights, our guide and driver helped us sight a variety of wildlife bald eagles, bison, elk, etc. We were tired by the end but enjoyed it immensely. BTW. the company provided great snacks and lunch!

not good! To start with , the tour that we booked , without our knowledge did not inform us that there wasn't enough people for the tour and did not inform us. We could not get in touch with them the day before to arrange pickup which was required, sonI left a message to call us thinking that they were on a tour that day, but never heard back! Finally I got in touch with them the night before, which by the way our pickup was for 6:15 a:m, and they informed me that they did not have enough people for the tour,so they were having another tour, which did not have the amenities that we had paid for. The bus that they picked us up on was full and my wife and I did not even get to sit together, and the conditions on the bus were terrible, you could not see hardly at all. This was 12 hours of very uncomfortable traveling. I am going to try hard and get a full refund and would never recommend this tour!, which was supposed to be one of the best.
