Our Half Day Classic Raft trip begins at the northern border of Yellowstone National Park, right where the Gardiner River converges with the mighty Yellowstone River. This trip is fun for the whole family! Ride the waves at Bridge Waves, Man Eater, Loonie's and Boonie's Revenge, Queen of the Waters, and the KING! Take in the breathtaking view of Devil’s Slide. Float through some flat water stretches that are great for swimming and relaxing. This trip is great for first time rafters or family groups with wide age and ability ranges. This trip is 8 miles on the river and can be up to 3 hours approximately depending on water levels (CFS).

Excellent experience from start to finish! Our party of six was originally booked for the 3:30 trip, but we arrived in Gardiner earlier than expected. So, we called to see about going on the 1:00 trip and they gladly accommodated us. We had three adults and three children under 12 with us and got our own raft with Eli as our guide. Only one person in our raft had been rafting before, so the other five were "newbies" and a little reluctant at first. But by the end, everyone was thrilled for the experience and wanting to do it again! The 8 mile, 2 hours trip was the perfect amount of time for everyone- not too short, not too long. Eli was very knowledgeable about the area and did a good job of pointing out things we may have otherwise missed. The scenery was spectacular too. Highly recommend! 10 out of 10

All of the guides and staff were kind and helpful. Abby, our guide, was knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. She made our experience fun and exciting. It is the perfect way to end a Yellowstone vacation. Rapids were mild but enough to get everyone wet. It was beautiful to see the scenery from the river.

We really enjoyed our guide, Molly. She made sure we had a great time and got through some super fun rapids. It was exciting for those of us with experience, but still enjoyable for those of us who had never been and were a little nervous.
