Our Half Day Classic Raft trip begins at the northern border of Yellowstone National Park, right where the Gardiner River converges with the mighty Yellowstone River. This trip is fun for the whole family! Ride the waves at Bridge Waves, Man Eater, Loonie's and Boonie's Revenge, Queen of the Waters, and the KING! Take in the breathtaking view of Devil’s Slide. Float through some flat water stretches that are great for swimming and relaxing. This trip is great for first time rafters or family groups with wide age and ability ranges. This trip is 8 miles on the river and can be up to 3 hours approximately depending on water levels (CFS).

I recently did the half day rafting trip on the yellowstone river with Tom as our guide. Within the group we had a surly and thrill seeking teen, his cautious younger brother, and daredevil little sister. Tom managed to lead a trip that peaked out all their fun meters! I've been rafting before on more technical rivers buy loved the high water volume and splash factor on the Yellowstone. I recommend a trip with Tom for any group.

We did both zip lining and rafting on the Yellowstone river. This is a great place for first timer rafters and families. Our raft guide Alex was friendly and professional. Berette and Wyatt were our guides for zip lining. Again, professional and friendly. All guides had great information and stories to share. This was the start of our Yellowstone vacation and these guides made this a memory for the family for years to come.
