Loved this place! Provided a quality rafting experience and will certainly give you the adrenaline rush you seek, or a more laid back and “mild” river rafting tour that let’s you take in the sights. All while making sure you are completely safe. The guides there do everything in there power to provide you with a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Also shout out to Don and all the other guides who completely enriched my experience their. After today, it’s simply a matter of time till I come back :)

Our family (ages 8 to 43) had a blast with Don on the Animas River! Like other reviewers said, this was a great experience from beginning to end. Kind, friendly service from Kelsey at the font desk, the young men that helped us get our gear on, our guide Don, and our safe bus driver at the end. Everyone was fantastic and did everything they could to make the trip fun and stress free. The River was superb and so fun! Don did a great job guiding us down the river safely while having as much fun as possible. I never felt that my 8 year old was in danger and I also never felt the least bit bored. It was the favorite activity of the week!! THANK YOU DON!!!

Our second rafting trip with Mild To Wild was the highlight of our trip to Durango...once again. This time we dressed appropriately (I suggest the wetsuit) and stayed warm and comfortable the entire time. Our guide - HAYDEN - did a fantastic job by engaging our children and teaching us fun facts and telling corny jokes...we plan to look up HAYDEN and Mild to Wild in AZ this coming season.
