What an amazing jeep tour we had, even on a cold, rainy afternoon. Miles was our tour guide, and since we were the only two customers that day (crazy enough to go out in an open jeep!), he catered the tour for us. I'd had a tragic death in my family this year and wanted a special place to scatter ashes, so he took us to a perfect cascading waterfall. The areas above Silverton he took us were even more lovely blanketed by that day's mist and drizzle. We'd heard from two different Durango locals that Mild-to-Wild was THE company to use, and we were happy to report back to them that their recommendations didn't disappoint. We will be trying the rafting with them next year.

Great experience rafting with family and friends kids had a blast our guide was awesome ! Very knowledgable about rafting and Durango history ! Next time the kids want to do the level 3;)

Our family recently vacationed in Durango. You can say that we 'tripled down' on Mild to Wild Tours. For our short time in Durango, we went with Mild to Wild for 3 different tours. We had truly memorable experiences on each of them, I highly recommend this company. They have a great attention to detail & really do cater to each group of people. Here are the tours we selected: - Mesa Verde Tour, Dave was our guide. We spent the full day together with a nice lunch provided. Learned so much about the area and the cliff dwellings, this is a must do tour! - Jeep Tour up Silverton and Narrow Gauge Train back to Durango, Omar was a jeep guide and he was the best!!! We had such a great experience with Omar. He was so great with our kids. I can't say enough nice things about the tour, Omar found a large patch of snow at the top of the mountain and stopped for us to have a snowball fight. So much fun and the kids are still talking about it!! Pretty cool for Texans in July. :-) - Lower Animas 1/2 Day Rafting Trip, Jake was our guide. Jake made the trip super fun. It was our first time rafting and we will definitely do it again.
