Today we rode the lower Animas River with our enthusiastic guide Hayden. This half day trip was a great balance of mostly level 1-2 rapids and one level 3. Hayden gave us historical information about the surroundings, taught us technical rafting skills, and made the 2.5 hour trip super enjoyable. Mild to wild is also taking Covid precautions with mask wearing on the bus ride to the river, hand sanitizing and limiting the amount of families on each raft. We will definitely be using this company again when we experience level 3 rapids in Arizona. Thanks Hayden!

Our rafting guide Chris was amazing. Knowledgeable, funny, witty, and great with the kids. The overall attitude of the entire staff was cohesive and vibrant! So much fun.

We had an amazing time rafting the lower Animas. A fun day on the river with some good rapids to run. Our guide Lauren was awesome! Can’t wait to try the upper Animas next.
