Our family of six had a wonderful time on the Animas River. Alex, our tour guide, was fun and did his best to try and make our rafting experience personal and as exciting as we wanted! Although we tipped our tour guide, they were not pushy about asking for tips as we’ve experienced before with other tours. Our 3/4 day trip was fun and we can’t wait to try out a longer two day trip in the future. Btw-family of six was mom, dad, four kids-20,16,14,8. Everyone had a great time!

Our group consisted of 2 families with 3 adults and children from ages 9 to 17. The experience was awesome. Jeb was our guide and he really made the trip fun, even with our unruly teenagers. All of the guides were extremely helpful and ensured we were safe on the water. Mild2Wild takes coronavirus precautions seriously, having participants wear face masks in enclosed spaces, offering hand sanitizer, and practicing social distancing. The store staff were awesome as well. Everyone was very friendly,

Kyle was an excellent rafting guide!!! We took our little family with 3 small children for a lower Animas rafting trip that lasted about 2.5 hours. Kyle was patient, knowledgeable, and skilled. I was clearly a nervous mother and he catered to this fact and was able to let us know the safest ways of being on the river. We really enjoyed the ride. It was beautiful and the weather was perfect!!
