Overview

Our tours start with an open ocean ride where you have a 15 minutes “FREEDOM RIDE” in a big open area. From there, we start our Jetski / Waverunner Tour by touring the following:

World Famous Islamorada Sandbar
Under the Whale Harbor Bridge
MANGROVE TUNNELS
Another 15 – 20 minute “FREEDOM RIDE” and a “DIP” (swim) on the calm water of the Gulf Side (Bay Side) where you will be surrounded by Mangroves
Bud N’ Mary’s Marina
Islamorada Coastline (ocean side)
Long relaxing ride back to the marina

Thomas was our guide and he did a fantastic job! We rode on the Jetski together and followed him through the Mangroves and all over.

Terrible customer service and do not stand behind their product! This company sold an iPhone pouch to me to "protect" my phone during the jet ski tour. I noticed it was pretty flimsy but figure it would be good for at least a 1.5 hours tour. I followed the instructions on the package, sealed my iPhone and hung the strap around my neck. Well, 30 minutes into the tour, I noticed this piece of junk of a phone pouch completely fell apart and my iPhone is somewhere in the Atlantic ocean. (See pix for what remains of the iPhone “protector”). Mind you this was a guided tour so I never went above 35 mph and I was not doing anything crazy or aggressive. The three people at the rental stand all said they can't do anything and gave me an e-mail for the owner. I e-mailed the owner 10 days ago and never heard a peep back - way to stand behind the products you sell!! In short, this company sold me a piece of junk with the expressed purpose of "protecting my phone" during a jet skiing tour and within 30 minutes, it fell apart and my iPhone 13 fell into the ocean which will cost $1,000+ to replace. After all that, the owner cannot be bothered to respond. Can't think of worse customer service if I tried. Do yourself a favor, go anywhere else.
