Excellent, easy, and professional. James was our instructor for the day. The experience is exactly as expected. FYI, there are always risks with water sports, including surfing. I.e. rash, cuts, sunburn, etc. have reasonable expectations and be nice to these folks. They’re very patient and love what they do. We had a great time, even with different athletic abilities (some to none).
