All drivers must bring ID, all passengers 18+ must also bring ID.
All drivers born on/after 1/1/1988 must have boaters test completed before check-in to avoid cutting into rental time (link for test in confirmation email)
Single rider weight limit- 290 lbs. / Double rider weight limit- 350 lbs.

Great Shantel was helpful. Heads up, not for beginners when there are boats around! Keep safe :) great way to see city. Don't be late lol there's A TEST!!! To take before going take it!!

My husband & two boys rented for an hour. They had fun on the inter-coastal however, paid the additional money for their jet skis to go in reverse and higher speed. But when my husband got on his then found out the reverse didn’t work & it’s been broken for sometime. Company has no problem keeping the $300 deposit for a small mark on the jet ski due to my husband couldn’t reverse (since it was broken) when my son was getting close to figure out what time it was.. not saying shouldn’t charge but not the whole $300 deposit & you know the bump isn’t going to get fixed since these machines are used to the ground. It was very confusing on their waiver forms too so, make sure you complete them all thoroughly including the person making the payment. Staff who answers the phone was very nice and friendly.. and very helpful to questions. However, Shalee (?) might of spelled incorrectly was not too friendly Also, since we did the Segway tour earlier that day through same company we were suppose to get a discount - so be careful! Solomon who did our Segway tour even mentioned it to us Very disappointed in how they handle things at the dock Good point - they had a good time & thought being on the inter-coastal was good riding but glad not many yachts out on the water

The jet ski worked with no problems and had plenty of power. Booking online was easy enough. From the advertisement, it really looked like we would have an opportunity to get out into some coastal waterways but that was definitely not the case. I was advised that there were two no-wake zones on either end of a 3-mile waterway, but that in between those I could really open it up. That was not the case. The areas between the no-wake zones are *clearly* marked as slow/low wake zones. Essentially it is all just the corridor for waterfront property. Plenty of beautiful homes and yachts/boats to cruise by and appreciate, but not really much of a Sea-Doo adventure. Also, the lady working the stand must've shilled for a tip at least five times during our very brief interactions.
