We purchased tickets for 9:30 jet ski. When we arrived to the place nobody was there and place was still closed . I tried to call the given number with no luck of somebody answering. Around 9:45 someone answer and told me they don’t have any reservations for 9:30 under our name and of course they were completely booked for the day.
We were told that the reservation which we made with TripAdvisor wouldn’t pass on the the vendor to the jet ski rental. Overall, we had a reservation, we payed but there wasn’t a spot for us. There is big lack of communication between TripAdvisor and the vendor.
That was really bad experience and we like to get our money back.
Please advise how we can get our money back.

Hello there, sorry for the miscommunication. For some reason there was a glitch in the system and we did not receive your reservation through tripadvisor. On a side note, we were closed the day you purchased your ticket due to a lack of instructors available that day. We have processed your refund and I apologize for any inconvenience it caused.
