Three words for this "company" unprofessional, untimely, fraud. Their unprofessionalism begins with staff in office who also answer the phone. Justin speaks quickly to try & get you to hang up and/or stop the conversation. He is loud, obnoxious, rude and lacks basic customer service skills. Staff isn't actually present when they TELL YOU to arrive, they don't have their product ready when THEY schedule you. They don't honor their verbal/written agreements. They take $ from people without providing the agreed upon service/product. Also their products are dirty, broken & flimsy looking (have video proof of damaged vehicles they are renting). We arrived when we were told to, they weren't open. We waited. The product we agreed to verbally wasn't ready, more waiting. I initially signed up for 2 cars online. I lost money to get just 1 car instead (due to medical reasons). Called DAYS ahead to request this change. We were told the switch could be accommodated for the same date/time, rushed off the phone but were told it would be honored. We arrived on time, did paperwork, vehicle inspection and THEN we were told to wait another hour while they charged the cars we scheduled. This was after the scheduled date and time originally booked. When we questioned why they weren't ready, Justin again got flustered and said they weren't ready and oh well. He said we can wait, leave or use the 2 other vehicles originally booked. I advised him the switch was made for medical reasons, hence why I called ahead for the switch & was told it coudl be arranged. He actually said "well they have to charge right?". I said yes but a business should have their product ready when scheduled, sooo... charge them ahead of time. He had nothing new to say and kept repeating his "leave, use the other cars or wait mantra." He had zero solutions or customer service regarding the situation. We asked for owner/supervisor info, we were denied. When we asked for a refund as the product isn't ready at the scheduled time & their lack of professionalism & timeliness is interfering with other plans scheduled and we were denied. The entire time we had to put up with a loud, rude employee getting excited over a simple conversation. I had to ask him several times to speak at a lower level as I had maintained a calm/professional demeanor the entire time. Not sure if he feels the louder and more sarcastic he gets, it'll cause a customer to accept their lack of product, timeliness and just go away. I advised him I was not accepting his attitude & I would like a better solution. He said there wasn't one. I advised him this is a tourist town & there is a better way to treat people. He finally stayed quiet & still didn't offer an apology or solution. Stay away from this "business" they'll take your money and time. see pics from video, they have you take before you get in the vehicle. The vehicle was STILL not being charged at this point, we still had over an hour to wait AFTER scheduled time.
