Awful, it was our first time but trip advisor canceled our whale watching trip as a result we weren’t able to experience the tour. Everyone was fully booked. The sea car rides, trip advisor didn’t make it clear that we would be driving around on a normal traffic so when we arrived at the location, it wasn’t safe with our young children to be on the road. We understood from the website that the ride was going to be on a non traffic zone. We feel like our money was wasted and should be refunded. How could you help us make our experience better?

Nothing on our website indicates that the car tours are on anything other than a road with traffic. You did complete the tour if you did not want to do the tour why did you do it?? The staff was very clear with you as to where you would be going. Trying to get a free tour when you completed it is unbelievably cheap! You need to be responsible adults and set a good example for your children! In future pay attention to the companies website and staff!

We were able to cover quite a bit of ground quickly and learn some new facts about Monterey! The ocean drive was beautiful - the GPS was a little slow so we used our own to return to base
